SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

TicTasTogs keeps it simple. We aim to ship your item 1–2 business days after we receive payment for your order, and shipping will always be one low flat rate – A$8.95 for delivery in Australia, and A$25 for delivery anywhere else in the world. And all orders include tracking.

In case of any unforeseen delay, we’ll contact you immediately.

 How to track your order

 We’ll send you the shipping number and instructions on how to keep track of your item at every stage. You’ll know when it’s on the way, where it is on the journey, and when it’s due to arrive.

For international orders

Please note that any additional penalty, customs duties or other relevant taxes imposed by the destination authorities will have to be paid by the person receiving it.

Delivery tips               

  • Someone will need to sign for the item when it arrives. If you won’t be at your home address during business hours, consider an alternative address – perhaps your work address.
  • If no one is at the delivery address, a card will be left with details on how you can collect your item.
  • TicTacTogs does not accept responsibility for a shipment that is lost after it has been delivered and signed for.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. So if the shape, style or size* isn’t perfect, you can return any item for exchange or refund. Just email us at sales@tictastogs.com.au within 30 days of delivery of your TicTasTogs swimwear, and return the item to us in its original condition. 

*Try it on over undies, or we can’t take it back

Other stuff you need to know:

1. We provide refunds for the purchase price on the original receipt, not including postage and handling.
2. For exchanges, we will do our best to replace your purchase with an item of the same size and/or design. If stock is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange a full refund or let you choose a suitable replacement.
3. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), TicTasTogs will also exchange or refund if the product is faulty, or different to that shown or described.
4. Items damaged from wear and tear are not considered faulty.
5. Return postage costs are at purchaser’s expense.
6. Original postage and handling costs are not refundable.
7. Please allow 10 working days for returns to be processed.
8. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
